The Women Who Overcome Ministry was born out of a book written by Minister G. Nadine Davis entitled Life’s Uncertain Journey: One Woman’s Battle for Her Sanity, Her Marriage and Her Family.  The author came out of a life rife with trouble, trauma and heartache. Having been unable to find any relief to her struggles she sought the arms of death. After three failed attempts at suicide she had a profound encounter with the God that she thought did not exist. On one fateful morning, she encountered Jesus Christ Who showed up unannounced and unexpected to save her from destructive lifestyle. After coming to faith she was compelled and encouraged to tell her story. Fearful that she could not write, it took 25 years for her to realize that writing a book was not just a nice idea but an actual call of God. Once written, doors began to open for her to share her story with other struggling women and encourage them in their faith. The Women Who Overcome Conference was also born in 2018 as a result of a revelation given to one of her disciples. Since then, yearly conferences have taken place to encourage, strengthen and equip women to walk in their God-given destiny and purpose for the Glory of God.
